The Apple Standard EULA governs the license to the App. The Terms of Use separately govern AI Studio and supplement, but do not replace or reduce, the Apple Standard EULA. Additional terms specific to the App and to the optional, paid AI Studio service reached through it — including the license scope, the one-time player purchase and 3-day free evaluation period, the AI Studio auto-renewable subscription and extra-hours packs, hours and limits, AI-generated content and its ownership, user content and anti-piracy rules, the copyright-complaints procedure, service availability, warranty disclaimers, and limitations of liability — are set out in our Terms of Use, which you accept by using the App. How data is handled, including what leaves your device when you use AI Studio, is described in our Privacy Policy, our Consumer Health Data Privacy Policy, our AI Safety and Content Policy, and the list of countries and regions where AI Studio is offered, AI Studio Supported Territories.
Under the Apple Standard EULA, this license is granted by OWN PLACE LLC, not Apple; OWN PLACE LLC, not Apple, is responsible for the App, the AI Studio service, their content, and any maintenance and support; Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support; and Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries with the right to enforce the license against you. Subscriptions and purchases are made through Apple and are subject to Apple’s Media Services Terms and Conditions.
